By participating in byTagg Affiliate Program You agree with all terms and conditions set forth below.

1) Commissions.
ByTagg Affiliate Program does not offer any kind of payment to You. The commissions are based on advertising spaces at byTagg`s software that had been download by an user, through Your media efforts. You have the option to provide the source code of Your sponsered links program or Your own banners. ByTagg Affiliate Program will then show Your banner or sponsored link in all byTagg`s advertising spaces, on a 50% randomly basis.

2) Spam.
Under no circumstances shall You send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the new Federal spam law, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 [the "Act"], with respect to byTagg's Program. For clarification, this does not prohibit You from sending transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act. ByTagg reserves the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to the content You send via commercial electronic mail messages.

If byTagg determines, in its sole discretion, that You have caused or attempted to cause any harm to byTagg users, including (but not limited to) showing unauthorized photos, unauthorized and protected by law trademarks, hate/violent/offensive content, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; then byTagg may pursue any or all of the following actions:

- Discontinue Your advertising random display within all byTagg`s advertising spaces;
- Remove You from the byTagg Affiliate Program permanently;
